A presentation Silver casket, Walker & Hall, Sheffield, 1927, the rectangular body with corded rim on four dolphin feet, with applied openwork escutcheon, the stepped lid with corded border and shells at the angles surmounted by a Viking galleon, on wood base with silver plaque inscribed: 'Presented to Lady Stern on the occasion of the launch of the S.S Oltenia...6th March 1928, length 24cms, 9 1/2 ins comes with a Sotheby's valuation in the sum of £1,000 dated January 1987
